Our team includes members with decades of successful experience in development of master planned communities, corporate management, real estate, water use planning, and ranching. The company is led by Thomas E. Arnold, Jr., a former President of Del Webb Corporation and a third generation Arizonan who has lived in the Prescott area for many years.

Bright Star is well known for its involvement in Chino Valley community affairs. The company was a major financial contributor toward the

construction of the town’s waste water
treatment facility, which opened in 2004. The town’s 1 1/2-mile water main from Hwy. 89 to our new community was also built by Bright Star, bringing improved services to several other neighborhoods.
